Name: Oliver Martin D.O.B: 11.02.78 Position: Right or Left Midfield Oliver joined POFB 2 seasons ago, signing from Oakwood B where at different times he filled the rolls of both captain and joint manager. Equally comfortable on either wing and known for his lightning pace, he is a striker�s delight when threading the killer defence splitting pass through to his forwards. Oliver (aka Monty) has also played at university and international levels representing England in the Kiriat Mundial, in Jerusalem 1996. The now infamous Kiriat Mundial final of that year resulted in the throwing of stones and punches, just seconds after England�s winner (a Monty piledriver) ripped through the back of the Argies� net. |
